1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on IELTS BandUp or using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Description

IELTS BandUp is an online learning platform providing IELTS preparation through video lessons, AI coaching, practice tests, and personal feedback from Dr. Masa El Masry. The platform is available via web browser at ielts-band-up.com and via our Android mobile application.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • • Paid plans (Foundation, Self-Study, Coached) are billed monthly
  • • Payments are accepted via Whish Money. Access is granted manually by Dr. Masa after payment confirmation
  • • Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew each billing period
  • • Digital product purchases are one-time payments with lifetime access to the purchased content
  • • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact drmasa@ielts-band-up.com and we will resolve the issue or provide a credit at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • • Share your account credentials with others
  • • Download, record, or redistribute any video content from the platform
  • • Use the AI assistant to generate content for academic dishonesty
  • • Attempt to access other students' data or the admin panel without authorisation
  • • Use the platform for any illegal purpose

6. Content Ownership

All video lessons, study materials, test questions, and curriculum content on BandUp are the intellectual property of Dr. Masa El Masry. You may not copy, share, or republish any platform content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

IELTS BandUp provides preparation resources and does not guarantee any specific IELTS score outcome. Results depend on individual effort and ability. We are not affiliated with the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
